Organic Grain Burgers with Cauliflower Millet Puree

While in Asheville, NC, I had the pleasure of shopping at GreenLife Grocery Store.  Very eco-oriented, a lot of local foods and products, organics, soaps and cleaners that you refill your own bottles with, they assume you have your own bags, dim lights and other methods of energy saving - awesome place!

I picked up some organic grain burgers with cauliflower millet puree.  They were very good and came with a small side of Veganaise.  This meal seems that it would be fairly easy to prepare, rather inexpensive to make at home and a healthy, tasty choice!

Ingredients:
brown rice, millet, quinoa, amaranth, kale, carrot, onion, garlic, basil, cauliflower, millet, parsley, veganaise (organic expeller-pressed soybean oil, filtered water, apple cider vinegar, brown rice syrup, soy protein, sea salt, mustard flour, lemon juice) organic earth balance (blend of palm fruit, soybean, canola, and olive oil), pure salt, natural corn flavor, crushed soybeans, soy lecithin, non-dairy lactic acid from sugar beets and natural beta-carotene, sea salt and white pepper.
